At CherryBlossom Hijabs we take responsibility in making sure that the images we display on our website are as accurate as possible, displaying its true colours and description of the items however is some cases there might be a slight difference. If you are in this case unhappy with your product, we request you to email us within 14 days where we will offer you a refund. Please note delivery charges will not be covered by our team as we have already stated this issue and the responsibility is upon the buyer to make decision upon purchasing the chosen item.

If any item, purchased from our website fails to meet your expectations:

  1. It may be returned back to us for a refund by original method of payment.
  2. All items will be inspected on return. Any used items received upon arrival, we have the right to refuse a refund. 

SHIPPING CHARGES:
UK - £3.25 Royal mail second class (2-7 working days).
International - Depending on the weight. Starts from £4.95


REFUNDS:
If you are in any way unhappy with your product, please email us your name, address and details of the item wanting to return within the 14 days of order. Outside this timescale, we will in no way accept your return. Please note that our team will not refund you the delivery charges nor the charges for returning the item back to us. 


REFUNDS ON FAULTY ITEMS:
Refund is only available if your item is faulty.
We inspect all our goods before dispatched. If an event occurs with such error please ensure you indicate the fault by email with your name, address, order details and specifying the fault on each item.
The goods are needed to be repackaged in their original packaging sent back to us with in 14 days from the day it was purchased.
Refunds do not include shipping charges.
Please note we might not be able to replace the same item due to limited stock. Please note that return shipping is not free of charge unless you are returning faulty merchandise.
